Furthermore, women should consider discussing their menopause experience with healthcare professionals who can provide guidance and support. Regular check-ups and screenings are essential during this stage of life to monitor overall health and address any specific concerns.

While menopause is often associated with challenges, it can also be viewed as a time of empowerment and self-discovery.
